reheating instructions and flavour identification

To reheat from fresh:

Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds on a standard setting. It should be warm in the centre. Then fan bake on 180 degrees for around 5 minutes until the pastry is nice and crispy.

• Butter Chicken (plain top)
• Chicken Korma (onion seeds)
• Beef & Black Pepper (cracked pepper)
• Beef Massaman (sesame seeds)
• Vegetable Panang (poppy seeds)
• Potato, Paneer & Chickpea Tikka (cumin seeds)

To reheat from frozen:

Either leave out of fridge until defrosted in the centre or use defrost setting on microwave. It usually asks for a weight so put 300-400g.
Then follow the above instructions.
